General Requirement: Leather Selection & Texture
Before leather production begins for any of the belts, please provide high-resolution photos/videos of all available premium leather colors and textures you offer. I want to choose the best look for each specific model. (Note: The Big Gold is already confirmed to be backed with Red Velvet, so this request applies specifically to the leather strap textures and colors for the other models).
🛠️ SECTION 1: DETAILED BELT SPECIFICATIONS
1. The Big Gold Championship Belt (1986 Authentic Hybrid Masterpiece)
Dimensions: Main plate must be exactly 15 inches tall by 12 inches wide (38 cm x 30 cm). This is the massive, original 1986 Crumrine “Giant” size for maximum waist presence.
Shape & Thickness: 8mm Solid Brass. Must have a deep, professional 3D ergonomic curve that mimics the classic heavy feel of the original 1986 belts.
Design & Plating Style: Aesthetic design, sharp edges, and 24k Gold color tone must match the modern 2012 “high-mirror” finish. We want the classic 86′ body shape with the modern, vivid, and brilliant 2012 gold polish.
Process: Deep 3D CNC Engraving.
Leather Strap & Backing: Premium Real Cowhide Leather, 3.5mm-4mm thick, soft and floppy (Reggie style). Backed with Royal Red Velvet (covering all screws) matching the other belts in the set.
Personalization: My name (Matanel Sitbon) and initials embroidered in gold thread on the Red Velvet backing.

🔴 SECTION 2: BELT BACKING, PERSONALIZATION & SNAPS (ALL 4 BELTS)
Backing: Royal Red Velvet Backing glued perfectly on the back of each belt to completely hide all the plate screws and give a luxury feel.
Personalization: My full name (Matanel Sitbon) and specific custom initials beautifully embroidered in gold thread directly on the red velvet of each of the 4 belts.
Snaps: Real Gold-plated snaps installed on the belts.
Protection: Leather backing behind the snaps to prevent the metal from scratching the plates when folded.
Velcro Adaptor: Include 4 removable Velcro adapter strips (a separate small leather strip with snaps on one side to click onto the belt, and Velcro on the other side – one for each belt).

Installments (Milestones): The remaining balance will be paid in progressive installments as the work moves forward. We will break it down into clear stages:
A payment after all CNC plates are fully engraved (and spinner mechanism is tested).
A payment when the leather tooling and plating are done.
The final balance ONLY after all 4 belts are 100% complete and fully approved by me via high-quality video before shipping.
✈️ SECTION 5: SHIPPING, PACKAGING & CUSTOMS
Separation & Protection: Each of the 4 belts must be shipped in a completely separate box. They must be packed extremely securely with heavy-duty bubble wrap and professional foam protection to ensure absolutely zero damage, scratches, or bending during transit. Delivery to Israel.
Customs Declaration: You must put a clean, professional-looking invoice of $70 (Low Declaration) on each box so it passes Israel customs smoothly with 0 issues.
